Block/Unblock Debit Card

 

We ask that you only block your debit card if its been lost, stolen or attached to fraudulent charges associated with your account!  Here are the steps to blocking/unblocking your debit card.  Any changes made to your account or card through the online banking app are in real time.

 

Step 1: Log in to your online banking account and your card should be listed on your account summary page.  Click on the blue block card button like in the picture below.

Step 2: A screen like below will pop up on your mobile device or computer.  Click on the blue confirm button if you wish to continue.

Step 3: Your card is now blocked and cannot be used.  When you go back to the account summary page you will see that your debit card is closed.

Step 4: If you want to unblock your card, simply go to the account summary page and scroll down to where your card is listed and click on the blue unblock button.  A screen will pop up asking you to confirm your request-click confirm.

Step 5: You will then be directed to a confirmation page of your card being unblocked.  Select okay.  If you go back to the account summary page you will see that your card is ready to use!
